Avoid The Use of Fossil Fuels
Monarca Michoacana invested in packaging that is made from sustainable materials, including a poly-coating made from spent sugar cane, not fossil fuel. More expensive, but we feel it's worth it.

NO Artificial Flavors or Colors
Our ice cream is all made with real milk and cream. It has no artificial flavors nor colors and is produced in a facility that is SQF Level 3 (Level 3 raises the bar by focusing on food quality, as well as safety)

NO Growth Hormones
Monarca Michoacana is produced entirely with milk from cows free of artificial growth hormones -(recombinant bovine somatotropin or rBST).

We want to give back, and we think that cleaning up the oceans and rivers is a great place to start.
We chose The Ocean Cleanup, a 501(c)(3) non-profit to give 1% of our revenue. |
